Teacher's Training
Teachers are recruited from local tribal villages so that they understand not only the local tribal languages but also the challenging conditions that the tribal children are in. However, the educational qualifications and exposure of local teachers are fairly low. A Teacher's Training Institute was set up at Hindoljuri to coordinate the teaching methodology and upgrade the teachers' competency.
Tribal School Project welcomes educationists and subject matter experts to volunteer, share ideas and provide training to our teachers.
